As a result of this film bubbling on certain windows in Unitas House, it was replaced by yourselves free of charge, as the film was faulty. Nearly six years ago Klingshield “Klingshielded” the windows of my northfacing dining room.
About a year ago, the shield on a couple of panes bubbled but I could not find my guarantee or any related documents. Then, early this year, I dug them out when looking for something else, only to find that guarantee had expired four weeks previously. But I phoned Klingshield regardless, explained my problem and was told that they’d check their records and get back to me. The next thing I knew a team was at the door to fix my windows. They did this with

Further to my letter of 10 April I am delighted with the honourable manner in which your guarantee promises were fulfilled, and my problems rectified on July 29. I am happy to hear that you consider the trouble with the pyramid and other skylights to be rectified with the use of a special glue.
